Operating Guidelines and Regulations

 All appointments will need to be made online. Please refrain from texting and calling trying to “get in!”. This is not fair to clients already on the schedule, and to me - Your stylist.

All rescheduling should be made through your confirmation email. Please do so through your created NADS account. This tool will help in making future appointments, rescheduling, newsletter, and cancellations.

All Seasoned and New clients are required to secure their appt with a $25 deposit. Payments can be made on the website. Payment history will be shown within your portal. All debit cards will be held on file for future appointments and cancellations. No show’s will automatically lose the deposit ($25).

(Visa, MC, Discover, CashApp, and Zelle are all forms of payments.)

All Cancellations require a 48 hr notice. 

If you are more than 15 min late please plan to re-schedule. Your deposit will be forfeited. 

Please do not come to the suite without permission from stylist.

Please NO Animals of any kind. (your stylist is very allergic)

Please leave all purses and oversized items in vehicle.

 Please keep noise level down on phones and calls to a limit, as this takes time away from your hair service.  

Clothing should be appropriate, and offensive odor (THC) should be AVOIDED before coming into the building (Jubilee Suites) and N.A.D.S. (suite). 

Prices are subject to change and are non-negotiable; due to maintenance, length, thickness, color options, overall health/condition of hair, and health condition. A-la-Carte will be an additional price and price varies.

All services will need to be paid up front before services begin. If the service is more than the quote, the balance will be rendered after completion of service. 

In the event, Natural Aesthetics Diverse Studio need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a text or phone call will be given to the client. N.A.D.S. will accommodate in this event that seems feasible with 48 hours or time allotted.


NADS Procedures for COVID-19

Only the person who has the appointment, are allowed into the suite due to COVID-19 guidelines. Client must have temperature checked and hands must be sanitized before entering in the suite. Masks must be worn throughout the entire service. There will be no eating or drinking in the suite. You are welcomed to step outside the suite to accommodate oneself. If client has traveled to heavily populated Positive Covid-19 areas, you must reschedule your appointment for the next 2wks/14 days.
